We have a lovely 3-bedroom flat with a double room available to rent. The flat is located just a 7-minute walk from Norbiton Station and right next to Kingston Hospital. Please note, the flat has no reception/living room. The room comes unfurnished. Bills not included.

The communal areas are clean and well-kept, and include a fridge/freezer, washing machine, and microwave.

You’ll be sharing with two professionals who are clean, respectful, and easy-going. We are looking for someone with a similar standard to keep the flat a pleasant place to live.
