- The furnished second-floor room features a small double bed, Emma mattress, desk, and an exclusive large walk-in wardrobe just outside.
- The room is south-facing and bright, so quite warm in summer afternoons/evenings.
- You will have the second-floor bathroom mostly to yourself.
- The newly renovated house includes a modern kitchen/diner, fast WiFi, shared Netflix, though we keep the lounge as our private space.
- We are an 8-minute walk from Norbiton Station and 4 minute-walk from Richmond Park
- Kingston Hospital and University campuses are very close
- Cheap car permit parking available
- Cleaner comes every fortnight
- House is newly renovated throughout and in excellent condition

# ABOUT US
I’m Alan (40), a climate tech product manager, sci-fi geek, gamer and part-time AI MSc student. My girlfriend Rachel (34) is from Hong Kong. She studies psychology, and works as a nutritionist and in mental health. We are friendly, active introverts who love hiking and the outdoors - hence living right by Richmond Park! She's a Cantonese speaker who loves cats and hates it when people wear shoes in the house. We lead a quiet life, are usually in bed by 10 PM, and need social downtime to recharge. We share the house with three incredibly social indoor cats named after Game of Thrones characters.

- You are a tidy, clean, respectful non-smoker, who will help us keep this new home in good condition
- You don't work from home or make lots of noise
- You are easygoing but independent and happy in your own company
- We get along. We will be living together after-all, so that is important
