We are looking to rent a new built room with ensuite to a female tenant.

It is a ground floor room in recently renovated 4 bedroom semi-detached house. The room entrance is right next to main door entrance.

- Free parking on driveway for a single car
- 5 minutes walk from North Harrow station
- Superfast wifi
- Own fridge freezer, microwave, Kettle, Toaster in the room itself
- Shared amenities: Kitchen, Washing Machine, Dryer. Kitchen can be used to cook one meal a day
- Ensuite - toilet with bidet, shower, basin
- Additional storage space in utility

We (owner) are a professional working couple with school going kids. We are respectful of individual privacy, friendly and easy going family. We keep our house clean, tidy and organised.

As we are vegetarian, cooking or eating non-vegetarian food inside house is not allowed.
