About the House

Our newly renovated home is on a quiet, safe street just 5–10 minutes’ walk from North Harrow Station (Metropolitan line – 25 minutes to Baker Street). Local shops, a gym, pubs, and two parks are all close by.

The double room is bright, very spacious, and comes fully furnished with extensive built-in storage. There’s plenty of space for both working from home and creating a comfortable area to unwind. Large windows fill the room with natural light, and it also comes with a private bathroom.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, a tall fridge, seven-shelf freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and five gas hobs. There’s also a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The living & dining area is generously sized, with a large dining table and TV – perfect for relaxing, watching sports, or movie nights.

The property also benefits from off-street parking, plus a huge patio and back garden, ideal for summer BBQs.
