Very large loft room with private bathroom in a family house on a quiet residential road halfway between North Harrow and Pinner.

The room is furnished with a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and storage units, sofa, TV, coffee table, and desk/table. The room receives plenty of natural light with Velux windows and a Juliette balcony with a lovely view of the garden.

The private bathroom has a cabinet with wash basin, toilet, large shower and towel radiator.

You will have shared use of the kitchen (with hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave) and the garden. The living room is not shared.

No parking restrictions on the road.

Bills included: gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband.

I’m a freelancer working from home in the creative industries. I love nature and gardening.

I have a cat who likes humans but hates other cats, so sorry, no cats. The room is not suitable for dogs because it is in the loft. I'm fine with small pets e. g tortoise.

I am looking for someone friendly, a professional or student, who will look after the place as they would their own home. There is a desk in the room so work from home is possible but I would prefer someone who works no more than two days a week from home.
