Double Room for single person

Double room available for single person, in a house a few minutes walk from Northolt tube station.

The room is furnished and there is fibre optic broadband and Sky TV. There is a shared kitchen and dining area and a lovely garden. The bathroom is also shared. Bills are included.

We are a gay couple with a cat, we are vegetarian and don’t smoke or drink alcohol. We are both working full time and looking for someone who enjoys peace and quiet most of the time. Not suitable for working from home.
Northolt tube station is a few minutes walk and is on the central line (30 mins to Central London-Oxford St). Northolt Park station is walking distance and has regular trains into Marylebone and there is an express bus service to Heathrow. There is also parking available.

There are local shops within walking distance including Sainsbury’s. Leisure Centre Everyone Active and PureGym are a few minutes walk.
