• Walk, run, cycle along the Grand Union canal
• Security cameras at the front &back of property.
• Bills included council tax, gas electric, broadband.
• Person should be clean and tidy.
• This is will suit a professional person preferably, not working from home, but not essential.
• Will be expected to help with light housework and garden.
• I am a easy going person, enjoy music, going the gym, meeting friends and going out . House is lively due to current lodgers and i do enjoy music.

Potential lodgers should be clean and be used to clearing up and take turns in cleaning rota. If doing shift work should be mindful of those sleeping when they are coming in.
