We are offering a spacious double bedroom with a private bathroom in our 5-bedroom house. We are a friendly couple, one of whom works from home in a dedicated office.

The rent includes all bills except council tax.

We are looking for a professional or student who can respect our house rules: no pork consumption, maintain cleanliness in their own room and bathroom, and share the responsibility of keeping communal areas tidy. Water and energy should be used efficiently.

This room is for a single occupant only, no couples, please.
