I will be away for 5weeks from 29th of Jul to 31st of Aug.
The house is preferred for female.
The house is within 5 mins walk from the station.
There is a sport lesuire centre with a library and a swimming pool right next to the station as well.
The room is a quite big single bed room with a desk and a chair.
The rent is 550 for five weeks including all the bills and the deposit is 350 as I have to leave my own stuff in the room.
Sorry that there won't be lots of storage space for you.
The house is for female preferred but the landladys family lives on the ground floor and the other girls and I live on the first and the second floor. There is a separate door for them and for us.
The common area is cleaned once a week by the landlady.
The girls who live in other rooms are lovely.
