Double bedroom in Northolt Sudbury - House share

Hi future housemate!!!

I'm looking for a housemate to share this bright and spacious house situated between Sudbury Hill and Northolt stations.

It's a 3-bed house. 1 shared bathroom, big living room and dining room, a good-sized kitchen, and a very spacious back garden. You will be sharing with me, and the landlord’s brother, who might come on weekends (Saturday midday to Monday morning) occasionally.

Sudbury Hill station is 18 minutes walk and Northolt station is 20 min walk from the house. There is a David Lloyd gym less than a 10-minute walk from the house. There are 3 corner shops on the street, all of them are 3 minutes away.

There is a bus stop (398) less than 2 minutes away from the house that takes you to South Harrow or Ruislip. There are several shops, including a pharmacy, hairdressers and various grocery stores at a 7-minute walk from the house.

Greenford is less than 20 min walk and Northwick Park Hospital is 20 min away by car.

A little bit about me, I'm 27 yo working full-time in operations for a higher education company. I'm sociable and easygoing, like to get along with the people I live with and maintain a peaceful and positive environment at home. I also like to keep the space clean and tidy, so it is very important that we are both on the same page about that to keep a good balance.
