Seeking a friendly and respectful individual for the second bedroom in my apartment. The bedroom has a big wardrobe, comfy bed, lot of natural light and air. Almost exlcusive access to the guest bathroom (I have an ensuite), and shared use of the living space and kitchen. The apartment is non-smoking.
Located by a wharf with beautiful waterfront view. A perfect place to go for a morning/evening walk by the canal or in the park, all within walking distances.
Close to public transport links for central London and Heathrow airport.
Local supermarkets in walkable distance (Costcutter just across the building).
The rent includes utilities like water, gas, electricity and broadband. It does not include council tax (if applicable to you. Enquire for more details).
