Kitchen, living room, garden and 2 shower (1 on each floor) are shared areas. There's no garage but the loft can store large items like suitcases.

Cleaners are called 2 to 3 times a month so there's no cleaning rota for shared areas although everyone is expected to leave the areas as clean as possible after usage to be respectful for next user.

The price includes all utility bills, council tax bill and Cleaners cost. Also, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, kitchen towel, bins are included in price to keep things simple.
