Spacious Double Room Available in Northolt

Large double room, fully furnished in a
quiet safe neighbourhood in Northolt, next to beautiful park, within walking distance to Northolt underground station (central line zone 5). Close to buses, 5 minutes walk. to bus stop.
24 hours bus to Heathrow Airport.
Close to shops (Lidl 15 minutes walk), gym, post office, library.
Free street parking (no permit required).

I’m looking for clean, quiet, professional, responsible individual. Strictly Non smoker and No shoes allowed in the house.
The room will have more or less all the furnishings one’s needs. Double bed, pillows, wardrobe, desk with storage and a chair, bedside tables, a lamp and a tv. Since my kitchen is Not available for use I’ve provided a very small fridge & a freezer (for essentials), a kettle, a microwave and some basic cutlery. There’s a washing machine that we both can use (but No dryer). You can use a drying rack in your room. I’m happy to do your laundry for you once a week.

We will be sharing a bathroom but nothing else. Please clean after yourself and ventilate your space after use.

To start I will offer maximum of one to two months (to see if this living arrangement is suitable for both of us) if all is well then I will be happy to consider longer term, but ideally I am looking for short term lettings. I’m happy to accommodate anything from one week up to three to six months.

Bills all included but please consider turning off lights and other electrics when not in use to keep costs low and subsequently keeping your rent low but most importantly is good for the environment and our planet.
