The house has a **shared kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet**\. There is also a **garden with a covered sitting/seating area**, which is available for everyone to use\.

There are currently only **3 other people living in the house**, all working professionals\. They live in the upstairs rooms, so the downstairs room offers a little more separation and privacy\.

💷 **Rent: £720 per month, including bills**

**Important regarding tenancy:**
The property may undergo renovation in the future and the relevant paperwork/process is currently underway\. Because of this, the room is being offered with **two months’ notice if the renovation goes ahead**\.

If the renovation does not proceed, there is the possibility for the tenant to **continue staying on a long\-term basis**\.
