I’m going away for two months and I’m renting out one of the two bedrooms in my apartment. While I’m away, you’ll have a quiet, peaceful flat to yourself mainly my sister will come over to check on things and may stay in my room.

I’ll return on 1st September and will be living in the second bedroom, so please note this is a room rental only, not the entire flat.
