I'd like a Lodger who will have mutual respect, be reliable and trustworthy, as I am. It's important to me to help maintain a well kept home so it can be appreciated by all.

Given the communal space is shared, clearing up after yourself on a daily basis is expected. Other cleaning is carried out alternately, to include the bathroom, vacuuming & mopping.

On occasions I'm open to having a chat over a cup of tea or a glass of wine as I would enjoy the company, although appreciate times of privacy & peace are also required by all.
