This is a fully furnished 3-bedroom apartment, with the third room set up as a shared office space. You’ll have your own private room with a double bed and an attached private bathroom.

The living room, dining area, kitchen, and office space are all shared and fully furnished for your convenience.

The apartment is conveniently located:
• A bus stop is just a 6-minute walk away.
• Groceries and Tesco are a 5-minute walk away.
• The Elizabeth line is only a 17-minute walk away.

The apartment is currently home to two working professionals aged between 25 and 30. This room is ideal for a couple, as it was previously occupied by one.

If you’d prefer to share the room with another female, it is available for £600 per month, including bills.

We are flexible and open to renting the room either to an individual, a couple, or on a shared basis with a female tenant for £600 per month. Let us know what works best for you!
