**Please Read Description** :)

Hello!
I am looking for someone who can do some very light house work & caring duties (maximum 12 hours per week), in exchange for heavily reduced rent, in our North London home.
Light & airy single bedroom with lots of storage, very close to Oakwood station.
Big shared kitchen and garden, in a quiet and safe area with lots of nature and parks nearby.
£450 a month for rent and all bills (including wifi, netflix, virgin media), and all thats required in return is a few hours a week - keeping the house tidy, and checking in with one autistic (but very capable & independant) adult who lives in the house.
I would basically like someone trusted and kind to look after my home and be my point of contact while i'm out the country from time to time, kind of like a house manager 🙂
Perhaps you are someone who would like to take an additional full-time job somewhere nearby, and save some money on rent... Or maybe you are studying as a domestic or healthcare professional at a nearby college looking for some work experience and a room within your budget!
