It's a bright, homely and newly refurbished house with kitchen, (though small very cute), bathroom, dinning room, living room and garden.

I have a bus stop right out side so no need to walk 12mins to Orpington station. (yes I timed it)

Transport is amazing- Trains into London (London Bridge (20 mins), Cannon Street, Charing Cross, Victoria)and outwards eg Tunbridge Wells.

Looking for a flatmate who wants somewhere clean and tidy but also to feel at home.

I am open to options if someone wanted to have a trial or only rent the room for certain days of the week.
