The kitchen has washing machine, gas hob, fan oven, microwave, lots of cupboard and fridge space. All bills included (gas, electricity, water and council tax). There's also gas central heating and a shared garden (with surrounding fence and gate) with two rotary airers.

LOCATION - The property is a large split-level maisonette in a very pleasant quiet road right next to Glentrammon recreation ground (clean fresh air, great for jogging). It's just a short walk to the supermarket (Waitrose), post office, take-away restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

HOUSEHOLD: Friendly, respectful professional. The rooms would suit clean, tidy non-smoking professionals who are easy-going and get on well with people. Sorry, no night shift workers, couples, cats or dogs (I'm sure a pet goldfish would be fine tho :-).

REFERENCE - Sue: I’ve lived with Paul for 18 months. He’s a great landlord, laid back, easy to talk to & very fair. There’s a relaxed atmosphere in the house, we keep it clean and tidy but don’t worry overly about perfection. I’ve really enjoyed living with Paul – the only reason I’m moving is to get my own place –staying friends tho!
