I have a newly renovated one bedroom flat which is one minute’s walk from Osterley Tube station (Piccadilly Line). Only looking for single occupancy. Available from start of February 2025.

The bedroom and living room comes unfurnished (however, can consider furnishing it) except for lighting and curtains. All bills included along with super fast Virgin broadband. Kitchen has built in fridge and washing machine with brand new cooker, cabinets and worktops.

The flat has only been recently renovated to a very high spec. I have installed new flooring, roofing, plumbing, kitchen, bathroom, electrics, air source heat pump, solar panels, Tesla Powerwall, internal and external insulation etc. The flat is mostly self-sufficient with solar power during the summer months. There is also parking available.


The flat is attached to the main house but completely sealed off with its own entrance. There is access to a large shared garden too. Looking for someone easy going, considerate and who will enjoy and look after this newly renovated flat.
I will do my due diligence and carry out thorough financial checks on potential tenants. References will of course be required.
