Large double room to rent in 3 bed apartment 5 min walk from Central Line station.
Location has easy access for Ealing, Shepherds Bush, Notting Hill as well as close proximity to Heathrow airport.

There is only 1 other tenant, therefore the 3rd bedroom remains free and you will be the only person using the downstairs bathroom unless there are guests on a rare occasion - so pretty much an en-suite.

I am a 40 year old professional who works in fashion so travel often and work long hours, so barely there. The flat is my pride and joy and I have worked really hard finishing it to a high spec, therefore I am looking for someone who is really respectful and takes care of their home. Ideally someone who has their own life and interests but enjoys the odd night at home catching up with the latest Netflix series.

I have a small dog but she lives mostly with my partner so is rarely at home but she may be there on the odd occasion so a dog lover is preferred.
