2 double rooms to rent

First floor with 2 double room to rent. I want only single person in the rooms. Also young people aswell. Half of the rent in the beginning will go towards your bed in the room so you can choose what kind of mattress or bed you want as long is in the range. Are wardrobes in the rooms already but if you want to bring any of your furniture or ideas you are more than welcome. The house is in a quiet area, where you can enjoy a garden, a barbeque and leave your car safe parked. Also in the house is a cat which is very friendly and clean.
