Two rooms are available in my well-kept home in Perivale, West London. We have decided to take in two lodgers to share the house with existing family members consisting of 3 adults.

Room 1. Double room + extension + private decking - available from 15th August. It is the only bedroom downstairs and has an adjacent toilet

Room 2. A bright, fully furnished Box room (available immediately)

I'm a live-in homeowner looking for a respectful, tidy and friendly professional who is looking for a calm and comfortable place to call home.

The rooms are fully furnished and includes a comfortable bed, wardrobe and storage. You'll have access to a shared kitchen, two bathrooms (one with separate toilet) and all usual amenities, including fast broadband.

Location

- Walking distance (around 15 mins) to Perivale (Central Line) and Alperton (Piccadilly Line) Underground Stations.
- Wembley Central (Bakerloo, Main line) is around 30 minutes by foot, or 15 minutes by bus)
- Excellent links to Ealing Broadway(elizabeth line, mainline station), Park Royal, Heathrow and Central London

4 minutes walk to nearest bus stop and Bilton road with GP surgery, Dentist, Opticians, hairdresssers, local Shops (Londis, etc.) and takeaway restaurants (5 mins walk). Sainsbury's, Tesco's loon fung, restaurants, and a new lidl are only a 10 minute walkaway

Wembley (stadium, arena and shopping outlet, etc.) 20-30 mins by bus
