Small But Pretty Double Room Overlooking Garden

We have a double room overlooking our 100ft garden with a shared bathroom available for the right person. We are looking for a professional who works full time and who is clean, tidy and respectful. You have your own private bathroom and rent includes cleaning every two weeks.

Parking restrictions on street are between 8am and 10am Monday to Friday.

We are a five minute stroll from Petts wood station with links into London taking around 25mins. There are lots of lovely places to eat, hairdressers, food shops and a wine bar and pub also locally. Petts wood is close to Bromley and 20mins from the M25. Off road parking with morning restrictions. Kitchen is large with all mod cons. Our lounge is private but large kitchen Available to use as well as garden.
Please note the trains run along the bottom of our garden.
