Room for Rent

The Maisonette is 15 minutes walk from Pinner station and 10 minutes from Northwood hills station. There are excellent Bus links from the area.

The room will be available from July/August 2026
The room is a double room with built in wardrobes. The kitchen has been recently renovated. The room has a new queen size bed. Its a clean flat with a small private garden.

I am looking for a professional flatmate. I would prefer a Vegetarian flatmate however if you are not it is acceptable as long as you do not cook Red meat i. e Beef and Lamb in the House. I am okay with Chicken or Fish however no red meat.
There is no dedicated parking but there is parking outside the maisonette and on the main road.

There is a large Tesco nearby as well as a Gym and parks. Pinner high street and Hatch end have some excellent restaurants and parks.
Smoking or Vaping is not allowed in the flat but you can smoke and vape in the garden.

I like Yoga, meditation. I am also creative and write a blog. I have a small dog she is a pug and is very chilled out. I prefer a flatmate who works from the office rather then working from home.

I work long hours and I am looking for someone who is not a party person and a professional. Working from home once in a while is okay but i prefer someone who work from home.
