Air-conditioned double room

We are a family of 2; a mum and 16 year old son, Our home is a 15 minute walk from Eastcote & Pinner tube stations (Metropolitan & Piccadilly lines) with private parking. We have a large kitchen, living room and large garden that backs on to meadow and parklands in a beautiful conservation area. The accommodation is a ground floor air-conditioned very large double bedroom with study space and kitchenette. This includes a mini-fridge, mini-freezer, microwave oven, kettle & toaster (this can be removed if not required). You will also have shared use of main kitchen. A ground floor bathroom is shared with one other very clean, tidy male lodger, a Spanish/English-speaking physicist.
Hi-speed fibre Wi-Fi included. We enjoy walks with our dog (she’s a seven year old Labrador who never barks, is very gentle and an absolute angel). We are lucky to be in a beautiful location but only a few minutes away from shops, restaurants & an award winning 16th century pub, The Case is Altered, just across the meadow that backs on to our property. If you are a professional looking for close links to London in a peaceful retreat with privacy and friendly sociable company we could be the right match for you. We will consider pet dogs if they get on with our Labrador.
