Big Double Bedroom Just Refurbished

Hi,
I have for rent a big double bedroom (4.7 m x 3.7 m) which has just been refurbished.
The house is located just 5 min walk from Northwood Hills underground station.
I have ordered new furniture. I'm waiting for them to be delivered. You can see them in the attached photos.
The room has a new LED lightning which its colours and brightness can be adjusted with a remote control.
Windows are going to have new gloss white Venetian blinds.
The room has a TV set. I can offer you a full package of Polsat TV free of charge. It is a Polish satellite TV with many international channels as three channels of HBO available in English. There is a possibility of having TV package from Virgin Media.
The house has the fastest available broadband in the UK (1130 Mbps).
The room will have a small double bedroom (136 cm width).
Please note that we have a very friendly dog (Border Collie) which may not suitable for some people.
I'm looking for an intelligent and calm person who is free from any addictions apart from smoking cigarettes. Smoking cigarettes is not allowed in the house. We have a shed and gazebo in the garden which can be used for smoking.
The room is available from the 1st of July. This is when it will be fully furnished.
