Spacious Double Bedroom In Northwood Hills

HI,
I have a spacious double bedroom for rent in Northwood Hills. The room has just been refurbished.
The room has a 42" TV set with full Virgin Media TV pack. and the fastest broadband available in the UK.
The room has a powerful led ceiling light which can be adjusted with a remote control.
The house is just 5 min walk away from Northwood Hills underground station.
The parking is available but restricted from Mon-Fri 13:00-14:00. There is a road approx. 150 m from the house where there are no parking restrictions.
We have a border collie dog. This is a quiet house but when someone rings the doorbell, the dog barks which may not be acceptable for some people.
Smoking inside the house is not allowed. We have a shed and sofa under a gazebo in the garden where smoking is allowed.
I'm looking for someone of a good character, free from any addictions (except for cigarettes ), with a full time job. Please write a few words about yourself. I'll get in contact with people with the best descriptions about themselves.
