Room in historic listed building

I need to cut my overheads therefore happy to rent my spare bedroom.
The room has a large double bed, a desk and a wardrobe,
It's an interesting old building with loads of character and some low beams.
There is a patio type garden at the back so if you smoke it has to be out there please.
I am an older gay professional man and I'm seeking someone who understands and respects that I may have younger friends visiting sometimes.
The flat is in the centre of Pinner, a few minutes walk from the station.
