A big double bed room in Northwood Hills

Hi,

I have a big double bedroom available from the 7th of September. The house is located just 5-7 min walk from the Northwood Hills station.
There is a 65" TV set which belongs to the current tenant. It will be replaced with 42" TV with full a Virgin Media TV package which is included in the price.
The 2 seater sofa belongs to the current tenant as well and will be moved with him so the room will come with the wardrobe, the small double bed, TV furniture set, the armchair, the foldable cafe table, the led ceiling light with a remote control, the Virgin Media TV box, blinds and the lamp. We have the fastest broadband supplied by Virgin Media (1130 Mbps).
Please note that we have two dogs: a border collie and a shih tzu. The house is usually quiet but when someone rings the door bell, the dogs start to bark which may not be acceptable to some people.
I'm looking for someone with a good character, who is peaceful and without any addictions apart from smoking tobacco. Smoking inside the house is forbidden but we have a shed in the garden which can be used for smoking.
