Thanks for taking the time to visit my advert. I have a double room which are recently modernised with ensuite shower/toilet for sole use. The room comes fully furnished with a double door mirror wardrobe, large double bed, low cabinets and chest of drawers. The room is conviently situated on in the loft extension and has use of house WIFI . The house is close to the local shops on Hertford Road such as ASDA and Tesco's with many local connivence stores and cafe's nearby. Excellent travel location which is near to Ponders End overland train station which 20 mins to Liverpool street in the heart of London There are also numerous buses within a few minutes walk. The room is in a quiet residential road which is within a two minute walk to the heart of Ponders End where there are ample shops and supermarkets near by such as ASDA and Tesco Express.
