5 minute walk to Ponders End Station. 5 min train from Ponders End to Tottenham Hale (Victoria line and National Rail services to Stansted / Cambridge) and Liverpool Street.

We have another room potentially going free from November / December which would be priced at £780 due to size.

The flat is a new build, warm, affordable to run and has a very large open plan kitchen / living / dining room with a large balcony.
