Spacious and comfortable large double room in terraced Victorian house with own TV and ample storage. Room is secured with own lock. Small garden. Access to modern amenities, living spaces, kitchen and bathroom. Nearby many amenities and green spaces. 10-15 mins from 3 train stations, 25-30 mins to central London and 10-12 mins from M25 junction 25. Relaxed, friendly and quiet living space and I seek a complementary tenant who is a professional and preferably works away from home (Hybrid workers considered but a supplementary cost would apply). Females preferred but will consider a young man in education and international students. This is a non- smoking environment and a quiet time of 23:30 - 6:30 operates for our comfort. Also no guests allowed without prior agreement.
