Great refurbished house needs housemates

I'm looking for housemates to share in a great, fully refurbished and modernised large four bedroom semi-detached house in Pratts Bottom, Kent.

The rooms are large with wooden floors and central heating, but as yet unfurnished (this can be arranged, on discussion).

The house has two bathrooms, a large living room/dining area, a separate TV/cinema room, huge kitchen, garden, patio, wifi, etc.

It is located about 10-15 minutes walk from Knockholt station (25 minutes to London Bridge), is about 5 minutes from M25 Junction 4 by car and about 10 minutes by car/bus to Orpington (high street shops, etc).

To begin with I am offering two of the rooms to let. One room is at the front of the house and has a bay window, approx size 4. 5m by 3. 3m. The other room is at the back of the house, approx size 3. 4m by 3. 3m.

I am looking for friendly, sociable professionals who are interested in a house share, not just a room.
