I’m a live in Landlord who spends almost all my time away from the property. I am looking for a *considerate* lodger. I have lived as a lodger for many ears myself so I am willing to be considerate and accommodating so if you have any request please do not hesitate to ask. It is needless to say that being considerate and accommodating should go both ways.
The Rooms come with a bed and ample storage for your belongings.

Room size 1 : Extra-large with King size bed room £850 (negotiable based on use)
Room size 2: Large room with Queen size bed £750 (negotiable based on use)

Room content: Ample storage (Standing and inbuilt wardrobes), 2 sets of bed coverings + a machine washable electrical Heated Blanket. large size TV for your convenience, Conveniently placed extension leads, desk and chair, bedside lamps.

Parking: There is a driveway which fits 2 cars and on street parking to the front of the property.

Living/Dining rooms – A lodger will have use of the living room and dining area. This comes with a large screen TV and a comfortable sofa if you would like to relax in the evening.

Kitchen: comes with the usual equipment, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave oven, gas stove, etc.

Bath room: There is a family bathroom with a toilet, wash basin and bath with an overhead shower.

Garden with patio. You are welcome to use this by yourself or with friends (not for smoking). If you are keen on gardening, you are welcome to try your hand at growing a vegetable or two. Or anything really, fruits, vegetables or flowers.

Garage: You are welcome to store some belongings in the garage if there is space.
