One large 18ft room that has a 4ft dividing wall with sticks to the ceiling. Window side has a double bed with 2 bedside cabinets. On the other side there is a really comfortable 2 seat sofa and T v. Plus 2 full length 3 ft wide hanging cupboards. Door leading to modern kitchen with an 18 month old boiler. Next to smart bathroom. Front Door to outer hall to outer street door.
Front door was replaced 3 months ago because of new fire rules.
3 min walk to bus stop to Rainham rail station, and Tesco superstore, also not far to Hornchurch. Approximately 30 minutes by train to central London. 20 minutes to Romford & Lakeside, by car. Perfect quiet accomadion.
