The house is to be shared only with one more person, a professional 47 who is friendly and looking for someone that is tidy, easy-going and considerate.

The house is located 6-7 min walk from Rainham train station ( train takes 10 min to get to West Ham or 25 min to Fenchurch street/Tower Hill), It's 10 minutes bus ride to Dagenham East tube station and 10 min drive to Lakeside Shopping center. There is also a big Tesco 2 min walk.
