Hi there! This is a 6 month minimum contract with one months rent is required as a deposit. I am a live in landlord (M 45) with a 8 year old son who lives with me part of the week. There is also a F lodger (27). The house is very friendly and relaxed whilst privacy is respected. Looking for someone suitable.

The people sharing this house are professionals working remotely and in the office. Friendly and homely household.

We are considerate of other members in the house and tidy up after ourselves and expect others to as well :)
