The Property:
The house is bright & spacious, with a sunny living room, a large and bright kitchen (with all mod con), a well-kept garden, good WiFi and parking spaces in front of the house.

Garden: I am a keen gardener and try to keep my medium size garden tidy and well stocked with plants. It has two small patios and provides housemates with pleasant environment on sunny days to relax, read & eat there.

Area:
Redbridge is a quiet and clean residential area with mostly professional residents.

Housemate:
Currently there are is one professional young woman.

Landlady:
I am a retired professional woman, well travelled, easy going and liberal socialist.

The atmosphere of the house:
Very relaxed, warm and friendly. We live like a family, socialise at home and go out together when we can but at the same time, everybody respects each other's privacy.

Cleanliness:
The whole house is kept clean to a high standard by all, untidiness and unhygienic practices are not acceptable.

The rooms:
Your room is your responsibility. Tidyness is not a condition but for hygiene reasons you are expected to keep your room & bath room clean. A home help is available at £13 an hour.

Shared spaces.
The porch, corridors, stairs and the large kitchen diner is cleaned by a cleaner once a week and the cost is shared. Each house mate pays for one week's cleaning, £30 Rest of the week there are strict rules to keep it clean & tidy by all parties.
