Double Bedroom in Clayhall

I’m looking for an easygoing tidy female to rent a double room in my house, which is in a peaceful cul de sac and very close to Clayhall Park, Claybury Park (woods), Barkingside High Street and Fairlop Waters.

5 minute bus ride to Gants Hill or South Woodford stations (Central Line) and approximately 40 minutes door to door to the City of London. Ilford Station is s 10 minute bus ride.

The room is fully furnished with brand new furniture with floor to ceiling r wardrobes..

I’m a professional and often work from home 2-3 days per week. I do have a medium sized dog, a Cavapoo, who is very friendly and loving.
