Looking for a lodger to share my property. Letting my living room transformed into a suitable to be let out. Short term considered. Parking, garden and balcony makes a property complete! It's a quiet residential area and is only up to 15 min walk to Hans Hill (central line) or 5 min bus ride. Ilford (Elizabeth line) is easy accessible by bus or 40min walk. Startford is 5 min away. The place is the most suitable for a person who does not like to cook (my kitchen is not big). Also, you don't need to buy any dishes, pots or cutlery.
