Large double room in a garden flat in Richmond

Hi.
I'm looking for one person to take over my bedroom in a cozy garden flat in Richmond.

Current flatmates:
Ewa, 40 years old, chef, owns a small Yorkie Nancy.

Laurie, 36 years old, nanny / actress.

The flat:
*3 bedroom (plus one art room for Ewa)
*Newly refurbished kitchen / living room with all the amenities (dishwasher, dryer, washer, coffee machine etc) and living room with a smart TV (netflix etc) and a couch with a massager (not on the picture)
*Beautiful marble bathroom with a bathtub and a rainfall shower.
*Massive loft used for storage
*Large garden with seating, veggies and fruit trees
8 min walk to the Richmond station.
15 min to Richmond town and the riverside.
15 min walk to Richmond park.
8min to Kew Garden
LGBT+ friendly.

Large double bedroom - £1130 per month (available from aprox 17th of Feb or a bit later).

Large double room with a build in wardrobe, a double bed with an ortopedic mattress, a desk with a chair, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and a large mirror.

Room is inclusive of all the bills and council tax.

We are female household, therefore we are more comfortable living with another female. Thank you for understanding.

Due to a small dog living in the property (and another small dog staying occasionally over) pets are considered as long as their nature will be harmonious with other dogs - neutered, calmer, small to medium size.

The room will fit a single female with preferably a similar work schedule like others - from office / out of the flat at least part time. Someone relaxed, preferably mid 30s, who enjoys an occasional glass of wine or a chit chat and isnt a stranger, but also respects others privacy.
