Hi,

I have a refurbished double bedroom available to rent in a spacious and comfortable flat (maisonette) in the heart of Richmond close to all amenities. The flat boasts high ceilings and is very bright, bathing in natural light. The kitchen and living areas of the flat were recently refurbished and it looks beautiful, clean and modern.

The bedroom has double glazed windows, a double bed, a bedside table, a double wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk with office chair (not seen on photos, as been added subsequently). The tenant of this room shares a shower room with only one other tenant (two other bedrooms have their own en-suites). It is furnished and has a fully fitted kitchen with all the appliances (2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, hob, microwave).

There is also lots of storage space- there is a large loft that is shared between the tenants and is perfect for storing suit-cases or out of season clothes, etc.

The flat is about 4 minutes from Richmond station (underground, train, overground) but it's not close to the tracks so there is no noise from the trains.
Conveniently there is a little Tesco’s less than a minute away. There are great restaurants and bars is close proximity.

I am looking for a tenant with the intention of long term tenancy (and at least 6 months).
I secure all deposits with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

The current tenants are friendly young professionals, who enjoy living in the flat.

The monthly bills total on average £110.
