The room has a lovely double bed with top quality mattress and soft bedding. The room is situated on the first floor of my residential property. The house is restored in a period style and feels like a real home. All comforts are provided - fine cotton bedding and towels, toiletries, free wifi and a small but fully equipped kitchen.

The house is in a premium location, in a quiet, cul de sac street, away from traffic, yet very central and with everything you need at your doorstep. Transport links are excellent.

Accommodation layout: There are three rooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen on the floor I rent out. This room comes with a modern shower room, shared with one other room. The kitchen is on the same floor and is equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave, A tall fridge freezer and a Bosch washer/drier machine.

The first floor is separate and independent of our own living space, which is on the ground floor. You can enjoy your own space, peace and privacy.

My property is in a prime residential area with nearby restaurants, pubs, hairdressers, pharmacy, several off-license shops, post office, cafes, organic deli. Richmond station is 5-10min walk away and provides excellent transport links to central London.

Richmond has been voted "The best place to live" in London and it is known as London's greenest borough. You will be able to enjoy its wonderful setting between the river Thames, Kew Gardens and Richmond Park which are all in walking distance from the property.
