I’m a single mother living in a spacious, character-filled house in the heart of Richmond. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, bars, the train station, parks, the river walk, gym (Third Space) and the local swimming pool.

The house features two lovely gardens and a small home gym equipped with a Pilates reformer. There’s plenty of storage throughout. The area is very well connected by public transport.
I have a friendly dog and, as I’m not currently working, I’m home most of the time—but the house is large enough to offer plenty of privacy and quiet. My daughter is away at university and only returns during school holidays.
