Double bedroom in Richmond, SW, available from mid September (preferably female emergency worker)

I am looking for a new flatmate to take over from my previous one. The flat is a 2 bed flat in a townhouse in Richmond. It is spacious and bright and a few minutes walk from the station. Very quick train to Waterloo and Clapham as well as quick tube into central London.
The flat comes partly furnished but there is possibility for it to be unfurnished.
I am a professional who works shift work so I am preferably looking for someone with a similar pattern as they can be quite antisocial hours. I am clean and tidy and enjoy good company.
