The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchenware and amenities including a coffee machine and air fryer, as well as a lovely little shared balcony just outside the kitchen door. There is also a shared garden, a shed for bike storage and street parking available..

The flat is located:
- 4 mins walk from St Margaret's, which is a 30 min train direct to Waterloo
- 12 min walk from Richmond High Street and 22 min from the station
- Richmond Park and Kew Gardens are also very close by

It is situated in a very safe, residential area of London but will plenty to do nearby. There are lots of different cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby. As well as lots of green space and the easy access to central London.

About me:
I'm quite an easy going person and enjoy going out for a coffee and having a good catch up or a chilled drink in a nice pub/ beer garden. I like a good mix of chilling on the sofa watching TV as well as respecting personal space. IT would be great to get on and form a friendship with my future flatmate. In terms of work, I'm currently working for the NHS in a hospital in Surrey.
