Description

I am moving out of my current tenancy and am looking for someone to take over my remaining months on contract (until mid May 2025, with opportunity for rolling contract w/ 1 month break clause until May 2026).

The bedroom will be unfurnished with double glazed windows and curtains, it comfortably fits a kingsize bed. The rest of the flat will be fully furnished, including kitchen, living room, seperate WC and bathroom with waterfall shower and bathtub.

My flatmate is a 29 y. o male, very clean, quiet and respectful of space and privacy.

My deposit is £908.5 and will be held until the end of the tenancy in AST. Referencing etc will be required and the letting agents require a £25 admin fee.

Bills are not included and currently split 50/50 between me and my flatmate. My portion of the bills (gas/elec, water, wifi, council tax), comes to approx £290 pcm.
