Huge Double Room Available in Richmond – £620/month + Bills. Looking for female flatmate.

I'm sadly moving out as I'm relocating to the USA so need someone (a female) to take over my tenancy. Large double room in a top-floor flat just 2 minutes from Richmond High Street. The river is literally on our doorstep with Richmond Bridge a 30 second walk from the front door. This is a top floor flat with no lift - 2 flights of stairs.

The room comes fully furnished as I’m looking for someone who can purchase the furniture as part of the rental (£200 for all). Furniture includes a double bed with storage, desk, monitor, computer chair, wardrobe/drawers, a bookshelf and full length mirror.

The flat offers:

• Large communal living room
• Good-sized kitchen
• 1 full bathroom, an additional WC, and a separate shower room
• Shared back garden, great for summer gatherings
• Perfect location near the river, ideal for outdoor activities in warm weather

We’re a short walk to Richmond station (District Line, Overground, South Western Rail) and multiple bus stops for easy access around London are on our doorstep. 2 minute walk to a Lidl as well as lots of restaurants, cafes, salons on the same road etc.

Rent is £620 per month, with additional bills approx. £150, depending on the time of year.

All costs:
Rent: £620 per month paid on first of the month (if you move in after 1st November, it will be reduced for how many days left in the month)
Bills: approx £150 per month
Deposit: £500 (protected) + £50 admin fee
Cost of furniture for room: £200 directly to me (Jess)

About current flatmates:
In our 30s, working in production (Amy), theatre (Henry), and professional makeup (Rosie). Henry and Rosie are a couple :) We like watching Netflix together, true crime docs and reality TV. We’re sociable but give each other our own space 😊
